The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid

This book caught me completely off guard, especially since I didn’t read any other reviews or watch videos about it. I went in blind and was gasping and yelping at every turn of the page. I read this months ago and still think about it regularly. Well written, engaging story. Follows the main character, Evelyn, a mysterious and reserved actress, as she outlines the secrets of her glamorous life to a reporter. Evelyn keeps you hooked on her story for the big reveal at the end.

You and Me On Vacation by Emily Henry

Fun, fun, and more fun! I really liked the characters in this book. I found Alex to be gentle and likeable, while Poppy reminded me of myself. This book spoke to me (you’ll get it once you read the book). I related to the internal struggles that Poppy was battling regarding her career and it made me reflect on my own life. However, it can still be a lighthearted easy read if you enjoy romance novels! Follows two friends who go on a yearly vacation… will they fall in love?
